OUR TURNAROUND COMMITMENTBy the end of the next business day.
After all required inputs are received, AVS will deliver either the completed standard FAI package or a documented gap report with clear recommendations for resolution.

What if an FAI package has gaps?
You receive a report identifying the issues and recommended resolution paths within the promised turnaround. Completion requiring new or corrected customer evidence is scheduled after those inputs arrive. Customer acceptance is not guaranteed.
What falls outside the standard FAI price?
Physical inspection and testing are not included. Complex assemblies, additional part numbers or revisions, data reconstruction, customer portal entry or submission, and additional correction cycles are scoped separately. Correction-review allowances are confirmed in your quote.
Are internal audits included?
No. AVS provides preparation, documentation, and gap reviews. Internal audits and certification audits are outside the service scope.
Can services be combined or tailored?
Yes. Inspection planning, control plans, corrective-action support, blueprint and specification training, FAI documentation training, and production-readiness support can be scoped individually or included in a coordinated engagement.
How are larger projects defined?
Your proposal specifies processes, document and workflow counts, record migration, revisions, responsibilities, schedule, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. Overlapping work is consolidated into one scope.
